Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. has released its first sour beers in cans. The beers include Sour Apricot Peach, an apricot and peach puree meld with a sour wheat beer base; and Sour Blackberry Raspberry, a sour ale with berry flavors.

The beers are available for sale in packs of four for $14.


Pour Taproom is now offering happy hour specials and promotions for every day of the week, including:  

  • 25% off all beverages from 4 to 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.
  • Trivia, with a burger and beer special for $10, at 7 p.m. Tuesdays.
  • $7 specialty cocktails and half-price appetizers on Thursday nights.
  • Half off Danger Dogs, 75-cent wings and $3 beers on Sundays.

The seventh annual Charleston Food Truck Festival is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at 4854 O’Hear Ave. in North Charleston. The event will include 30 food trucks from Charleston and surrounding cities, plus live music.


The S.C. Aquarium is hosting the Good Catch Oysterfest from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Feb. 2. The festival will include sustainably sourced oysters cooked by RightOnQue and small plates from Good Catch partners Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar, The Boathouse at Breach Inlet and Acme Lowcountry Kitchen. Beer, wine and entertainment are also provided.

Tickets are $50 for general admission, $45 for aquarium members; VIP tickets, which include a private bar, hors d’oeuvres from Slightly North of Broad and early access to oysters and food stations, are $75.
