82 Queen is set to celebrate 36 years in Charleston with a courtyard Garden Party from 6 to 10 p.m. July 18. The event will include live jazz; beer and wine; and Southern hors d’oeuvres such as passed crab cakes and fried green tomato bites, shrimp and grits, caprese kabobs, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, and brie and cranberry phyllo cups. Passed desserts include bread pudding bites, mini pecan pies and key lime pie bars.

Tickets are $99 per person, or $119 at the door, and include unlimited beer and wine. $10 from each ticket sold will benefit the Goodwill Culinary Kickstart program, which gives hands-on training and free courses to those interested in pursuing a career in the culinary industry.
