The Edisto Island Open Land Trust is hosting its inaugural Cocktails for Conservation competition through Saturday.

Six Edisto Beach restaurants have created unique alcoholic beverages for the fundraiser and are competing to sell the most cocktails: Coot’s Bar & Grill, Dockside Bar & Grill, Ella & Ollie’s, Pressley’s at the Marina, The Waterfront Restaurant and Whaley’s Restaurant & Bar.

For each sale, $2 will be donated to the Edisto Island Open Land Trust.
