Body-sculpting practice coming to Devine Street in Columbia

Ratio by Body Math, a practice specializing in body sculpting, is coming to the Devine Street corridor in Columbia.

The practice recently leased a 1,465-square-foot medical office space at 2231 Devine St. Known as the Elliott Building, the location is close to the intersection of Harden and Devine streets.

Colliers South Carolina’s senior brokerage associate Mary Winter Teaster recently represented the tenant, Dr. Mariangela Rivera/The Ratio by Body Math and senior brokerage associateTommy Tapp represented the owner, the Wells family, in the transaction.

Ratio by Body Math offers a wide range of procedures to clients seeking balanced body proportions through technology treatments such as laser liposuction and fat transfer, body sculpting, facial fat transfer and fat reduction.

“Dr. Rivera was looking to replicate the Class A, sophisticated medical office space that the practice was accustomed to with a special desire to be in the Devine Street corridor,” Teaster said. “We were able to address and tackle the client’s needs and are happy they are situated among other high-end services and establishments in the area.”
