Auden Living and its developer, DMG Investments, has opened the first housing development designed as a community for USC Upstate students living off campus.
Auden Upstate in Spartanburg includes seven buildings, 486 bedrooms and more than 500 parking spaces, according to a news release.
The buildings are fully furnished as two, four and five-bedroom units and are equipped with bathrooms for every bedroom. Residents have access to a fitness center, basketball court, clubhouse, yoga studio and swimming pool.
The company created the Auden Clean Living program to help assure student health. The program was developed in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, according to the news release.
