Nico Oysters + Seafood is offering its entire raw bar on the restaurant’s to-go menu. Patrons can order by the half dozen or dozen from the raw bar, which includes oysters, neck clams and stone crab claws.

Ms. Rose’s Fine Foods and Cocktails has added and brought back several items to its holiday take-away menu. Menu items include take-and-bake dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls and biscuits; six kinds of cake; four cheesecakes; five flavors of pie; and five kinds of cookies.
Parcel 32 is opening a new upstairs cocktail lounge, called The Parlour, with a debut party starting at 9 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. The event includes a full premium bar; passed cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres; “bubbles bar”; midnight champagne toast; a DJ; and a photo booth.
Tickets are $175 per person. The Parlour will be open for normal business beginning Jan. 2. Hours will be 5 p.m. to close Tuesday through Sunday, with happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and late-night dining from 10 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays.
The Parlour will include a full bar with cocktails, wine and beer; food including pecan meal hush puppies, the blended smash burger and oysters rock’d; a rotating selection of desserts; weekly live music; and pop-up events.
Parcel 32 is also holding a New Year’s Eve dinner with seating available from 5:30 to 8:34 p.m. Special a la carte entrees for the evening will include scallops, New York strip steak and dayboat caught fish.
