Michael Stavrinakis of Pacific Restaurant Brokers represented the tenant.


Thomas Buist Jr. of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the tenant in the lease of 43,855 square feet of industrial space at 4450 Goer Drive in North Charleston from Goer Drive Investors LLC. Hagood S. Morrison of Bridge Commercial represented the landlord.
