Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord, Robert L. Pratt LLC, in the lease of industrial space at 9861 U.S. Highway 78 in Ladson to Southeastern Industrial Equipment Inc.


Kristen Krause of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the buyer, Buick McKane Holdings, in the purchase of an 1,892-square-foot office duplex at 781 Meeting St. in Charleston for $477,500. Oliver Mathewes of Carolina One Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.


Scott Peevy of NAI Charleston represented the landlord, New Leaf Builders, in the lease of 1,460 of retail space at 3417 Maybank Highway, in the Tupelo Bend Office Park on Johns Island, to the National Marine Mammal Foundation. Thomas Boulware of NAI Charleston represented the tenant.

Marlena Franklin of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller in the sale of 1,223 square feet of office space at 406 N. Hickory St. in Summerville for $229,500. Susan Lee of Harbourtowne Real Estate represented the buyer.
