Jenna S. Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the tenant, Sherry Jean Cosmetics LLC, in the lease of 1,598 square feet of retail space at 1161 Oakland Market Road in Mount Pleasant from Oakland Properties LLC. Blair A. Belk of Belk/Lucy represented the landlord.

Pat Webb of Ravenel Commercial Properties represented the tenant, KSC Logistics, and the landlord, Metaltex (USA) Inc., in the lease of 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 1878 Clements Ferry Road in Charleston.

Chris Fraser of Avison Young – South Carolina Inc. represented the buyer, Mazyck Holdings LLC, in the purchase of 80,000 square feet of office space at 4401 Belle Oaks Drive in North Charleston from RCF Ashley Center LLC for $16.9 million. Frank Norvell of Norvell Real Estate Group LLC represented the seller.

Reid Davis and Cameron Yost of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Watermark Associates, in the lease of 6,280 square feet of office space at 950 Houston Northcutt Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to Carolina National Transportation Inc.

Chad Yonce of Southeastern Management Group represented the buyer, Morgan Creek Investors LLC, in the purchase of 1,294 square feet of office space at 1422 Ashley River Road in Charleston from Advanced Spinal Care LLC for $375,000. Joe Teders of Carolina One Real Estate represented the seller.
