Todd Garrett and Tradd Varner of Avison Young – South Carolina Inc. represented the landlord, Pepperdam Industrial LLC, in the lease of 8,000 square feet of flex space at 3280-B Industry Drive in North Charleston to Fastbolt Corp.


Steve Radekopf of Radekopf & Associates LLC represented the landlord, Bamoza LLC, and the tenant, Fox & Bear Creamery, in the lease of 2,000 square feet of retail space at 611 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. in Mount Pleasant.


Reid Davis of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller, 1304 Meeting Street LLC & Stella Kala LLC, in the sale of 2.82 acres of land for multifamily development at 1304 Meeting St. in Charleston to Lennar for $10.5 million. Eddie Buxton of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the buyer.

Bob Nuttall and Lindsey Halter of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller, Folly Plaza Inc., in the sale of a 6,712-square-foot office and retail strip center at 354 Folly Road in Charleston to Karey Breen and Joel Fletcher for $975,000. Markus Kastenholz of CBRE represented the buyer.
