Local investor buys Kiowa Professional Park

Listen to this articleLocal investor NV LLC has purchased Kiowa Professional Park from Horizon Trust Properties LLC for $4.17 million. The 56,050-square-foot office/flex property is located eight miles south of downtown Greenville.
CBRE arranged the sale and represented Horizon Trust Properties in the transaction, according to a news release.
“The asset is located strategically within the region, carrying strong demographics and exceptional accessibility. This, paired with the in-place cash flow of a fully leased property, makes Kiowa Professional Park a great overall investment,” Tripp Sellers, vice president at CBRE, said in the release.
Kiowa Professional Park consists of two multi-tenant flex buildings that are 81% leased. Built in 2005, the one-story Building A includes 22,000 square feet of office space. Building B was constructed in 2008 and contains 36,100 square feet over two stories, the release said.
