Project description: This project is a 39,856-square-foot interior renovation of office space on the fourth floor of an existing Daniel Island building. The new floor plan contains open and closed offices, corridors, conference rooms, training rooms, restrooms, huddle rooms and break rooms. New architectural finishes such as flooring, paint, wallcoverings, acoustical wall panels, lighting, glass, storefront and casework are specified. Scope includes new HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures, fire alarm system and fire sprinklers.

Project description: The 30th Avenue outfall project drainage improvements include nearly 900 linear feet of pipe and box culvert improvements, channel improvements, eight replaced/new drainage structures, tidal backflow prevention, riprap outfall protection, and maintenance provisions. This project, which discharges to the Intracoastal Waterway, will provide drainage improvements to a 62-acre residential basin.

Project description: The proposed drainage improvements will include more than 1,600 linear feet of pipe improvements, channel improvements, 10 replaced/new drainage structures, riprap outfall protection, and tidal backflow prevention to prevent sunny day flooding. This project, which discharges to the Intracoastal Waterway, will improve the drainage within a 93-acre basin and provide tidal flood protection for homes and critical infrastructure including a fire station.

Project description: For this expansion McCrory Construction is adding nearly 11,000 additional square feet to the footprint of the 38,000-square-foot Publix at Trenholm Plaza. The resulting store will be just under 50,000 square feet and will get a complete interior renovation as part of the project. The area sees heavy daily traffic, which requires extra care and caution to keep shoppers safe and the worksite clean. The store will remain open during the project.

Project description: This is a 138,677-square-foot interior and exterior renovation to the Sam’s Club located at the Village at Sandhills. Project scope includes selective demo, new shop-in produce and dairy coolers, and new refrigerated cases. Work also includes furnishing miscellaneous steel, joist reinforcements, a millwork and trim package, metal-stud framing and drywall, interior painting, fire protection modifications, and MEP upgrades. The store will remain open during construction.
