WERKIN’ for BREWS at New Realm Brewery!

We are excited to announce our partnership with Spenga-Mt. Pleasant on their offsite event at New Realm Brewery on Daniel Island. Happening the third Saturday of every month, come see what all the excitement is about as SPENGA Mount Pleasant hosts a 45 minute REP/REVIVE session under New Realm’s canopy. You’ll get to experience the best fitness instructors in the area bringing you a heart pumping HIIT/Yoga session. This event is for all fitness levels.
