John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee sold 1607 St. Julian Place in Columbia. The 7,965-square-foot office space and sold for $1,175,000.


Nelson Weston, Tombo Milliken and Tom Milliken of NAI Columbia sold 1540 Bush River Road in Columbia, is 1.2 acres of land and sold for $150,000.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 65.17 acres at 4722 and 4744 Stough Road in Concord, N.C., for $10,586,000.


Dail Longaker of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 3.07 acres on Industrial Drive at Interstate 20 in Lexington for $290,000.


Bruce Harper of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 10,000-square-foot industrial building at 535 John Ross Court in Pelzer.
