DeWees Real Estate Group sales associate Angela Cash represented the seller the sale of 6179 Saint Andrews Road in Columbia. The 2,997-square-foot freestanding retail property sold for $375,000 to LT Toys & Stuff, which is relocating from 1621 Broad River Road. LT Toys & Stuff originally opened in Boozer Shopping Center by 12-year-old Lawson Taylor. Taylor, who is now 15, has grown the business and needed a larger location with more exposure for his business.


John Gregory and Will DuPree of NAI Columbia handled the lease of a 1,200-square-foot office space located at 1116 Blanding Street in downtown Columbia.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee  of NAI Columbia sold 5911 Edmund Highway in Lexington. The industrial property is 10,500 square feet and sold for $314,325.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 1607 St. Julian Place in Columbia. The office is 7,965 square feet and sold for $1,175,000.

Trinity Partners Columbia represented both sides in the sale of two development parcels located on Spears Creek Church Road in Columbia.

Also on Spears Creek Church Road, Paul Hartley and Braden Shockley represented the buyer in the purchase of 1.51 acres. The property was purchased for $857,089. The buyer plans to develop a day care at this site. Managing Partner Bruce Harper and Rob Lapin represented the seller in both transactions.
