Medical LLC for $1.6 million. Gerry Schauer and Jeremy Willits of Avison Young represented the seller.


Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the buyer, Bellwright SC Property Owner LLC, in the sale of 65,000 square feet of industrial space at 10186 Bellwright Road in Summerville to Andy Floyd Wright Trustee. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.


Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, 2514 Oscar Johnson Road LLC, in the lease of industrial space in Building 1 at 2514 Oscar Johnson Road in North Charleston to Food for the Southern Soul.

Reid Davis, Pete Harper and Cameron Yost of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord in a lease deal for a 3,541-square-foot office space at 3820 Faber Place Drive in North Charleston.


Jon-Michael Brock and Thomas Fawcett of Lee & Associates Charleston helped the landlord of 113 Fabricators St. in Summerville find a tenant.

Roger Winn and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 5,500-square-foot office/retail building at 1926 Wilson Road in Newberry for $320,000.


Curt Gwinn of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 52 acres on Bypass 25 SE in Greenwood for $685,000.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of the Trinity Partners industrial team represented the seller in the sale of 65.17 acres at 4722 and 4744 Stough Road in Concord, N.C., for $10,586,000.


Craig Waites of Colliers represented Richland County School District Two in the leasing of 8,900 square feet of office space at 1001 Pinnacle Point Drive in Columbia.

John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 5921 Edmund Highway. The industrial property is 10,500 square feet and sold for $235,675.


Upstate

Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller and Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the buyer in the sale of 6,735 square feet of office space at 1595 E. Main St. in Duncan. Founders Federal Credit Union bought the property from Vital Federal Credit Union.


Spencer/Hines agents Lynn Spencer and Grayson Atkins facilitated the $6.2 million sale of 44,000 square feet of retail space and 22 acres of land at 895 Springfield Road in Spartanburg. Springfield Corners LLC sold the property to Mountain View Prep Charter School.


Kip Bowman and Sara Bodell of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Hollywood of SC LLC, in the lease of 6,000 square feet of warehouse space at 5360 Highway 165 in Hollywood to Lowcountry Valet LLC.

Greyson Furnas, John Montgomery, Garrett Scott, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Upward Unlimited in the sale of two office buildings at 198 Star Point in Spartanburg; a 90,000-square-foot office building sold to TR Capital Ventures LLC for $11 million and a 30,000-square-foot office building sold to Startex Jackson Wellford Duncan Water District for $7.5 million.
