Joseph Purze of CBRE represented the landlord, Middle King Partners LLC, in a lease to Alice + Olivia, a contemporary clothing company with 35 freestanding boutiques in the United States. The retailer leased 364 King St. in Charleston.

Purze also represented Middle King Partners LLC in the lease of 363 King St. in Charleston to Rag & Bone, a fashion label with 35 stores worldwide.

Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken and Nelson Weston of NAI Columbia sold 5.84 acres of commercial land near Eastover. The property is the former home to the Any Day Inn and located at 2770 McCords Ferry Road. It sold for $350,000.


John Gregory and Will DuPree sold 1063 Center St. in West Columbia. The property is a 2,800-square-foot office building and it sold for $220,000.


Bobby Balboni and Patrick Palmer of NAI Columbia leased 3,500 square feet of medical office space in Surfside Beach.


Macon Lovelace of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 22,500-square-foot office building at 1334 Sumter St. in Columbia for $930,000.


Macon Lovelace of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 5,900-square-foot office building at 8920 Farrow Road in Columbia for $1,225,000.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of 1.5 acres at 4413 and 4419 Augusta Road in Lexington for $350,000.


Macon Lovelace and Meredith Rhodes of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 15,200-square-foot office building at 4875 Forest Drive in Columbia for $2,450,000.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the seller and Roger Winn, Braden Shockley and Will McGregor represented the buyer in the sale of an 18,403-square-foot industrial building at 1050 Chris Circle in West Columbia for $1.8 million.

Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented Ray Brown Property LLC in the sale of four acres of land on Main Street in Woodruff to Mount Oak Capital for $1.1 million.


Brad Doyle, senior adviser with KDS Commercial Properties, represented Med-Arts Investments LTD in its sale of office/medical investment property at 110 W. Church St. in Greer.


Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties facilitated the sale of two acres of land at 140 and 150 Rogers Commerce Blvd. in Boiling Springs for $425,000. Cynthia Dale B. Foster, Trustee, bought the property from Broker Exchange LLC as QJ for Metha Enterprises Inc.

Michael Roth and Sam Macfie of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, FDG Tanner Road Holdings LLC, in the purchase of 20.7 acres of multifamily development land located on Tanner Road and Verdin Road in the Woodruff Road retail corridor of Greenville.
