If you’re looking to add some spooky to your Halloween, the University of South Carolina will lead ghost tours through its historic Horseshoe and Gibbes Green on Monday.
The tours, led by university ambassadors, are open to the public. They will run from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., and each tour lasts 35 to 45 minutes. All tours depart from McKissick Museum.
Participants in the tours, now in their 10th year, will meet storytellers, ghosts and ghouls who will share tales of spirts said to roam the USC campus.
University ambassadors involves 113 student volunteers who work in conjunction with the USC Visitor Center to provide information about campus life year-round.
