Julia Donovan and Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the buyer in the sale of 4,365 square feet of medical space for $3,038,000 in Bluffton. David Hoppe and Sam Young of Atlantic Retail represented the seller WMG Real Estate LLC.


Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, J.M. Montgomery Properties LLC, in the lease of 3,200 square feet of industrial space at 7272 Peppermill Parkway in North Charleston to Advanced Maintenance.


Ben Chase and Sara Bodell of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord in the lease of 3,400 square feet of retail space at 494 King St. in Charleston, the most recognizable blue beacon of middle King Street, the Bluestein Building. Reeves Major, Margot Bizon and Lindsay Stafford of JLL represented the undisclosed national retail tenant.


Vitré Ravenel Stephens of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, McDew LLC, in the lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space in Unit 8 at 5131 Dorchester Road in North Charleston to Alise L. Jones. Randeshia Johnson of Carolina Elite Park Circle represented the tenant.


Upstate

Dustin Tenney and Daniel Holloway of SVN Blackstream represented the seller in the sale of 431,306 square feet of retail space at 205 Blackstock Road in Spartanburg.


Spencer/Hines agents Ben Hines and Andy Hayes represented the landlord in the lease of 7,000 square feet of office space at 325 Inglesby Pkwy. in Duncan. Philip tittle leased to space to Joos Holdings.


Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the seller in the sale of 7,860 square feet of retail space for $700,000. Donald E. Willis and Katherine L. Willis sold the property at 3087 E. Main St. Extension in Spartanburg to KOI Pond Capital LLC.


Nimlesh M Patel and Harshikaben N. Patel bought 4.12 acres of land at 406 E. Blackstock Road and 180 Veracruz Plaza in Spartanburg for $470,000. Mike Tan of Spencer/Hines Properties represented seller Sheryle Atchinson Irby — Sheryle Atchison McNally — in the transaction.


Steve Wonder of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord NAI Earle Furman in leasing 108 square feet of office space at 1 Real Estate Way, Suite B15, in Spartanburg to Smart Way Automation LLC.

Grice Hunt, Clay Williams, Will Coker, Tom Daniel and James Malm of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the sale of 142.22 acres of land at Lot 20 in Augusta Grove Business Park in Piedmont.


Midlands

Jeff Hein and Will DuPree of NAI Columbia of NAI Columbia leased 986 square feet in the Landmark Buildings at 3710 Landmark Drive in Columbia.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold a 16,000-square-foot industrial building at 215 Northeast Drive in Spartanburg. The 1.25-acre property sold for $1,032,500.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold a 3,528-square-foot office building at 2858 Sunset Blvd. in West Columbia for $760,000.


Meredith Rhodes of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 1,598-square-foot office space at 4574 Sunset Boulevard in Lexington.


Peyton Bryant of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 3,320-square-foot office space at 1225 Lady St. in Columbia.
