Medical user purchases office building in Lexington

Trinity Partners Columbia recently facilitated the sale of a 4,765-square-foot office building located at 125 Park Place Court in Lexington, according to a news release.
Roger Winnand Braden Shockley represented the seller, Sterling Property Systems LLC, in the transaction, the release stated. The property was purchased by Foundation Property Group for $1.1 million.
The new tenant, a medical user, found this property desirable as it is well located near Lexington, Interstate 20, Lexington Medical Center and other surrounding medical facilities, the release stated.
The building is currently under construction to fit the tenant’s specific use. They will occupy the space once construction is complete.
