The Charleston Chapter of Les Dames D’Escoffier is hosting a fundraising edition of Helen Mitternight’s Hidden F&B podcast at 2 p.m. March 8.

This episode will include women in the hospitality industry discussing their mistakes and lessons learned. Guests include Grand Dame Nathalie Dupree and Dames Johnny Caldwell with the Cocktail Bandits, Kelly Chu with Cirsea and Red Orchids China Bistro and Tanya Gurrieri with Salthouse Catering.

Advance registration for $10 a ticket is required to join the virtual event. Funds will go toward Charleston’s chapter of Les Dames D’Escoffier to use for scholarships in the food, beverage and hospitality industries.


Famulari’s Pizzeria will be donating a portion of all delivery sales to Charleston Friends of the Library from 4 p.m. to close Wednesday.

Participating locations include Azalea Square, Cainhoy, Oakbrook, West Ashley and at Fam's Brewing Co. on James Island.
