The expansion of Mungo Homes will allow the creation of 40 new jobs.

Project description: Known as the Barton House, this historic structure was moved from Bull Street to its current location in the early 1980s. After their recent purchase, the owners began a rehabilitation of the existing structure while seeking Bailey Bill protection and tax incentives. When completed, the interior and building systems will have been completely renovated, while large portions of the existing structure and layout remain intact and accessibility is improved.

Project description: Construction of a single-story, 9,500-square-foot office and treatment facility on 3.5 acres within the town limits of Seneca. The new building features a combination of meeting rooms, offices, building support areas, and an expandable capacity for an additional 2,200 square feet in the future. Several construction methods were considered during the Preconstruction Process, but wood framing was selected as the most effective and economical.
