High intensity training gym Base 10 Fitness is relocating to the heart of Rosewood from its current location near Williams-Brice Stadium.

The gym is moving from 1055 Market Road to 2917 Rosewood Drive in a transaction facilitated by Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler. William Mills and Bill Ratteree represented the landlord.

Base 10 opened in 2014 after its co-owners, Megan and Brandon Keatley, published a well-received paleo cookbook.

“It always exciting to be part of a relocation that will bring so much value to the local community,” Mills said in a news release.

The gym is offering $75 off private training packages as part of a moving special, according to its website.

In other area transactions:

  • Robertson Family Holdings LLC purchased 20,791 square feet of warehouse space in Gilbert for $935,000. NAI Avant senior brokers Nick Stomski and Rob Lapin represented the seller, Branning Property Management LLC, in the transaction at 4335 Augusta Highway. The property includes an 8,991-square-foot professional office space building and an 11,800-square-foot building with office and manufacturing space on 5.45 acres.
