Stuart Coleman of Clement Crawford & Thornhill Inc. represented the seller.


Robert Pratt of RE/MAX Pro Realty represented the seller, Robert L. Pratt LLC in the sale of industrial space at 101 Commerce Creek Way to Mejia Brothers Construction LLC for $152,500. Roy Parker of Carolina One Real Estate represented the buyer.
