Five-unit student housing property sells for $715,000

An investor has purchased a five-unit student housing property near the University of South Carolina for $715,000.

Wilson Kibler’s Brooks Owings and Bill Bunch represented the buyer, W2C USC Three LLC, as well as the seller, ARKA LLC, in the recent off-market transaction, according to a news release. The 12-bed multifamily property at 828 Gregg St., one block from USC’s Capstone House, was fully occupied at the time of the sale.

  • Trinity’s Macon Lovelace and Roger Winn represented the buyer in the sale of a 9,000-square-foot office property at 339 Heyward St. The property sold to Bell Carrington & Price LLC for $930,000.
  • Trinity’s Nick Stomski and Jake Nidiffer represented the landlord lease of 1,470 square feet of space at 109 Leventis Drive to DR.’s Book Club.  
  • Stomski, Nidiffer and Rob Lapin represented the landlord in the lease of 14,500 square feet at 1000 Fontaine Road Unit 2 to 2nd Spin Appliance.
  • Stomski and Lapin represented the landlord in the lease of 12,500 square feet at 1000 Fontaine Road Unit 1 to City Electric Supply.
  • Stomski and Nidiffer represented the landlord in the lease of 15,000 square feet at 27 C Trotter Road to Shree Wholesale Inc.; in the lease of 1,000 square feet at 3618 Sunset Blvd. Suite C to Beach Medical; and in the lease of 6,000 square feet at 1618 Bluff Road to Genuine Auto Parts.
  • Lovelace, Stomski and Nidiffer represented the landlord in the lease of 26,000 square feet at 700 Blue Ridge Terrace Building 1 to Sorinex Exercise Equipment.
  • Stomski and Nidiffer facilitated the sale of 970 square feet at 791 Greenlawn Drive to Margin Properties and of 0.6 acres at 1613 and 1618 Leesburg Road to 1619 Leesburg Road LLC.
  • Nidiffer facilitated the sale of 3.31 acres at Pine Plain Road to Minus Logistics.
  • Lovelace facilitated the sale of 6,388 square feet at 270 Premier Blvd. to Erica Alvarez and Maria Leon.
  • Colliers’ Tommy Tapp represented Bingham  Properties LLC in the lease renewal for the S.C. Association of Certified Public Accountants at Brookland Place, 1300 12th St. in Cayce.
  • Colliers’ Chuck Salley, Dave Mathews and Thomas Beard represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease of 117,865 square feet of industrial space for OMSK Carbon Group Canada at 227 Browntown Road in Bishopville.
