Avison Young commercial real estate reported that Rhett Craig, Chris Prince and Ned Reynolds represented Rhett Street LLC in leasing a 5,765-square-foot office space at 511 Rhett St. in Greenville to Norbord Panels USA Inc. Marty Navarro of NRE Property Group LLC represented the tenant.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Baily Tollison represented Caprocq Greenville LLC in the lease of 1,976 square feet of office space at 15 S. Main St., Greenville, to Hurley Law PA.

Colliers International’s Scott Burges and Lance Byars represented Ultratan Inc. in leasing 1,625 square feet of retail space at Publix Pavilion, 479 Bypass 72 NW in Greenwood.

Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers International represented Pacific Westland in the least of 1,400 square feet of retail space at 1411 Floyd Baker Boulevard, Gaffney, to Jersey Mike’s restaurant.

Frank Hammond of Colliers International represented Claiborne @ Simpsonville LLC in the purchase of 12 acres of Fairview Road in Simpsonville for $1.2 million.
