North Morrison office sells for $2.52M

A freestanding multi-tenant office across the street from the former Martha Lou’s Kitchen in Charleston has sold for $2.52 million.
The 5,600-square-foot building and former home of the Charleston City Paper is located at 1049 Morrison Drive. The property is surrounded by offices, restaurants and breweries, as well as newly built apartment complexes.
NAI Charleston facilitated the sale to BKDE Morrison LLC for $450 per square foot.
“I was happy to represent the seller in the sale of this asset and welcome the buyers to the NoMo district,” said Thomas Boulware, broker-in-charge of NAI Charleston, in a statement.
Boulware represented the seller, Pearce Development LLC.
