Andrew Harrill of Lee and Associates represented the seller, 130 Dillon Drive LLC, in the sale of 7,200 square feet at 130 Dillon Drive in Spartanburg. The purchaser was ER Blaz LLC and Touchstone Properties of the Carolinas LLC.


Rick Cauthen of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented DLP Holdings LLC in the purchase of a 0.7-acre property at East Butler Professional Park, 108 Professional Court in Mauldin, from Butler Avenue Associates LP.

Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Summit 26 LLC , doing business as Tropical Smoothie Café in the leasing 2,100-square-foot retail space at Hillcrest Market Place, 1905 E. Main St. in Spartanburg, from ERP Hillcrest LLC.


Tripp Bradley of Colliers represented MPG Shelby LLC in the purchase of 0.88 acres of land on Highway 72 in Clinton.


Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Magna Energy Storage Systems USA in the leasing of 126,252 square feet of industrial space at 700 Buffington Road in Spartanburg.


Garrett Scott,  John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Atkins Machinery in the lease of 100,000 square feet of industrial space at 1335 Hayne St. in Spartanburg to Alliance North America.


Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the purchaser, Future FDH Projects LLC, in the acquisition of a 10-acre parcel on U.S. Highway 76 in Pendleton. This will be the site of a new dental practice and other medical and retail projects. Ryan Keese of Keese Realty represented the sellers.
