As the 2020 college football national championship game between Clemson and LSU nears, Clemson’s triumph in 2017 over Alabama has been preserved in bobblehead form.

The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum has unveiled a licensed, limited edition dual bobblehead of former Tigers quarterback and current Houston Texans QB Deshaun Watson’s game-winning touchdown pass to former Clemson wide receiver Hunter Renfrow. Each bobblehead, produced by official licensee and manufacturer of NCAA merchandise FOCO, is individually numbered to 2,017.

They are expected to ship in April.

The bobblehead also includes a football field base featuring a replica of the national championship trophy, and each player has a removable helmet.

The 2-yard TD pass with one second to play gave Clemson its second national title in school history and first since 1981.

Renfrow, a former Clemson walk-on, caught 49 passes for 605 yards and four touchdowns for the Oakland Raiders in 2019. Watson, with 3,852 passing yards and 26 TDs this season, has led the Texans to Sunday’s NFC divisional playoff against Kansas City.

“Deshaun Watson’s touchdown pass to Hunter Renfrow with one second left is one of the most thrilling finishes in the college football history and arguably the biggest single play in Clemson sports history,” Phil Sklar, National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO, said in a news release. “We think this bobblehead is the perfect way for Tigers fans to commemorate the historic moment and title.”
