Casey Lowery of Adams Property Group represented the landlord, 1204 Fording Island Road LLC, in the lease of 10,000 square feet of flex space at Suite B1-B2 at 1204 Fording Island Road in Bluffton to Teak + Table LLC.

Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller in the sale of 2.49 acres of retail space at 0 Dorchester Road in North Charleston. Ben Chase and Sara Bodell of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the buyer. Construction on Hero’s Wash LLC will begin later this year.


David Newman and Walter Reid of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Acousti Engineering Co. of Florida, in the sublease of 8,000 square feet of office space at 3491 Iron Horse Road in Ladson. Dawson Group Temperature Control leased the space and was represented by Tyler Smith of JLL.

Craig Waites and Ryan McCue of Colliers represented Harmon Road Investors LLC in the purchase of 225.1 acres of land on Harmon Road in Hopkins.


Ryan McCue of Colliers represented Shetland Properties LLC in the sale of 80.74 acres of land at 146 E. Church St. in Batesburg to Wilke Development LLC.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 5911 Edmund Highway in Lexington. The industrial property is 10,500 square feet and sold for $314,325.


John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia sold 1607 St. Julian Place in Columbia. The 7,965-square-foot office sold for $1,175,000.

Pintail Property Services recently secured the management contract for two flex buildings totaling 15,382 square feet at 105 and 111 Osage Drive in Greenville. Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers represented the buyer in the purchase.


Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented TCD Properties LLC, assisting the landlord in renewal negotiations with Joe Ambuhl, doing business as Neo Salon. The salon leased Suite C, which includes 1,860 square feet of retail space, at 2015 Laurens Road in Greenville.


George Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Concourse LLC, which sold a 10,800-square-foot industrial building on 1.43 acres at 32 Concourse Way in Greer to ASG Holdings LLC.


Lance Byars and Scott Burgess of Colliers represented Hughes Investments Inc. in the lease of 1,800 square feet of retail space at Bridgeway Station, 1000 Via Corso Drive in Simpsonville, to Lili and KoKo Bubble Bar LLC.
