Cason Development Group building Express Oil in Anderson

Listen to this articleCason Development Group has started construction on an Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers location, the first of several Upstate projects for the group.
The 4,428-square-foot building, which includes six service bays, is being built on a lot at East Greenville Street and Holly Creek Drive next to McDonald’s and across from McCants Middle School in Anderson, according to a news release.
The project is the first by Cason Development Group in Anderson and the company has others in the pipeline in the same area, the release said.
Completion of Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers is expected by the end of the year.
Cason Development Group is a commercial real estate development firm located in Columbia.
