The development has 22 houses with four and five-bedroom floor plans that range in size from 2,856 to 4,421 square feet, according to a news release. Located at 212 Brandau Lane, the community is in the Greenville County School District.
Eight homes are under contract pre-construction and the average sell price is $875,000.

The new homes include interior features such as granite or quartz countertops, exposed wood trusses, interior brick, custom shelving in each closet and luxury bathrooms with tile showers and free-standing bathtubs, the release said. The exterior details incorporate stone and cedar accents, spacious three-car garages, screened porches and wooded privacy on every single home lot.

Durham Homes USA is based in Simpsonville. They have built homes across the Upstate, including Tindal Park off S. Church Street in Greenville, Braxton Ridge in Simpsonville and Squires Pointe in Duncan.
