A three-year lease renewal was brokered by Bobby Lyons and Luke Lyons of Lyons Industrial Properties on behalf of the landlord at 289 Alice St. in Spartanburg. The 15,000-square-foot property is occupied by Baker Distribution Co.

Other recent commercial real estate transactions in the Upstate include a lease deal by T. Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, who represented Shamrock Construction Crop. Shamrock is the lessee of a 2,900-square-foot office building at 1807 Cedar Lane Road and just more than an acre of gravel laydown yard at 20 Butler Road in Greenville. The owner is Saad Resources LLC.
