Mandy Coleman of National Restaurant Properties LLC represented the tenant, Makan CHS LLC, in the lease of 2,350 square feet of retail space at 210 Rutledge Ave. in Charleston from Cannonborough Holdings LLC. Makan has applied for a permit for the on-site sale of alcohol on the premises.

Robert Pratt of Re/Max Southern Shores represented the seller, B.O.B. Properties LLC, in the sale of 3.12 acres on Rembert C. Dennis Boulevard in Moncks Corner. There was no other agent in the transaction.


Brent Case and Hannah Kamba of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, JEM Management Co., in the lease of 1,651 square feet of retail space at 345 Folly Road in Charleston. The tenant is Dairy Queen.


Jake Barker and Kip Bowman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Reforged Gaming Lounge LLC, in the lease of 2,513 square feet of retail space in suite B at 8484 Dorchester Road in North Charleston. Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the seller, Satchel Construction LLC, in the sale of 5,036 square feet of flex space at 2020 Cosgrove Ave., North Charleston, to 2020 Cosgrove WC LLC for $1,525,000. Geoff Groat of Roadstead Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the buyer.


Jon-Michael Brock and Thomas Fawcett of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord in the lease of 8,250 square feet of industrial space at 111-113 Fabricators St. in Summerville.


Bob Nuttall and Hunter Hartley of Lee & Associates Charleston represented a tenant leasing 3,800 square feet of office space at 102 W. 8th North St. in Summerville.


Reid Davis, Pete Harper and Cameron Yost of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord in leasing 2,489 square feet of retail space at 1336 Old Georgetown Road in Mount Pleasant.


Reid Davis, Pete Harper and Cameron Yost of Lee & Associates Charleston found a tenant for the landlord of 3,379 square feet of retail space at 1080 and 1090 Morrison Drive in Charleston.


Markus Kastenholz and Remington Beatty of Colliers represented Olympus Pines LLC in the purchase of an acre of land at 4820 Tanger Outlet Boulevard in North Charleston for $2,650,000.


Casey Lowery of Adams Property Group represented the tenant, Paint One Inc., in the lease of office space in Suite 106 in Building A at 100 Central Ave. in Goose Creek from Peterson Limited Holdings II LLC.


Jenna Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord, RCB Development, in the lease of 2,980 square feet of industrial space at 1750 Signal Point Road to Brian’s Mobile Fiberglass and Gelcoat Repair LLC.

Midlands

Allen Wilkerson, Henry Roe and Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers South Carolina represented The Burriss Corp. in the lease of 1,644 square feet of office space at 800 Columbiana Drive in Irmo to HireRight LLC.


John Gressette and Rox Pollard III of Colliers South Carolina represented Criterion Interests Inc. in the lease of 1,586 square feet of retail space at 4505 Broad River Road in Columbia to Alpha and Omega Auto Sales.


NAI Columbia’s Gregory Lamar team consisting of John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee, recently sold 1025 and 1035 Dreyfus Road in Columbia to Cason Development Group for $1.2 million.

“Both light industrial buildings have the unique combination of being centrally located in downtown Columbia and have spacious laydown yards. We believe they will become ideal locations for businesses looking to serve all parts of Columbia,” Frank Cason, president of Cason Development Group, said in a news release.

The properties are located just off the prime Assembly Street corridor between downtown Columbia, University of South Carolina’s campus and Williams Brice Stadium.


Ben Kelly, Patrick Chambers, John Gregory, Bill Lamar and Tristan Lee of NAI Columbia partnered up to sell 101 Hermitage Road. The property is a 2.12 acre tract of land and it sold for $450,000.


Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Nelson Weston of NAI Columbia sold about 430 acres of land in Manning for their client. The property is located at 260 Kings Road and it sold for $1,850,000.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of an 11,900-square-foot industrial building at 2052 Industrial Blvd. in Lexington.


Roger Winn, Braden Shockley and Peyton Bryant of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 4,582-square-foot medical office space at 3 Southern Court in West Columbia.

Lance Byars and Scott Burgess of Colliers represented New Market Anderson LLC in the lease of 5,680 square feet of retail space at 629 Highway 28 Bypass in Anderson to Petsense.


Richard Barrett of Colliers represented Kinney Hill Associates in the lease of 5,600 square feet of industrial space at 107 Corporate Drive in Spartanburg to Prowood LLC.


Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Wells Fargo as trustee in the lease of a 4,000-square-foot retail building and 0.577 acres at 659 S. Main St. in Greenville to Spinx LLC.


Brad Doyle, senior adviser of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Hipp Investments LLC in leasing a 2,346-square-foot office space at 17 College St. in downtown Greenville.


Rickey Heaton, senior adviser for KDS Commercial Properties, represented the landlord in the leasing of 1,653 square feet of space in Suite A at 1282 Pendleton St. in Greenville for Blind Tiger Tattoo Co.


Scott Jones and John Stathakis II of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Sllim LLC and HGB Spartanburg LLC, in a lease renewal of 1,250 square feet of retail space at 413 and 415 N. Pleasantburg Drive, Suite 415-D, in Greenville to Addus HealthCare (South Carolina) Inc.


Grice Hunt, Clay Williams and Will Coker of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant in leasing 20,790 square feet of industrial space located at 2362 S. Pine St. in Spartanburg.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail represented the sellers, 152 Milestone LP and Tom A. Siachos, in the sale of 6-8 Parkway Commons Way in Greer, a 3,800-square-foot medical office building, to buyer 68 Parkway LLC.


Robbie Romeiser of Spencer/Hines Properties was the agent for the lease of 3,600 square feet of industrial space at 3, 5 and 7 Hyland Road in Greenville. New Breed Promotions Inc. leased the space from Discount Self Storage LLC for three years.


Mike Tan and Neal Boyett of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the lease of 99 Garner Road in Spartanburg. Exclusive Touch Barbershop LLC leased the spot for five years from Discount LTS Enterprises.


Mike Tan and Grayson Atkins of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the lease of 1,400 square feet of retail space at 550 S. Church St. in Spartanburg. All Around Beauty LLC leased the space for three years from Leigh Management Group LLC.
