Hot Properties is a weekly roundup of commercial real estate transactions across the Palmetto State.

Mandy Coleman of National Restaurant Properties represented the tenant, Famulari’s 007 LLC, in the lease of 2,760 square feet of retail space at 1724 State Road in Summerville. The Cane Bay Shopping Center is anchored by Publix. Trey Lucy of Belk Lucy represented the landlord.

Midlands

Colliers South Carolina brokers Chuck Salley, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Ammann America in leasing a 30,000-square-foot industrial building at 680 Clemson Road in northeast Columbia near the Interstate 20 interchange.

Ammann is a supplier of mixing plants, machines and services to the construction industry with core expertise in road building and transportation infrastructure. The company has a global reach with its headquarters in Switzerland and manufacturing plants in German, Italy, the Czech Republic, China, Brazil and India. Its Clemson Road location will be used for warehousing and to expand the company’s presence in the United States.

“Ammann was attracted to Columbia due to its central location in South Carolina and access to four major interstates,” Beard, vice president of industrial services at Colliers, said in a news release. “This location will serve the company well in its efforts to expand operations across the Southeast.”

Salley, Beard and Peebles are Colliers’ leading industrial brokerage team in central South Carolina, specializing in leasing, user sales and investment sales of industrial properties.


Chuck Salley, Dave Mathews, Thomas Beard and John Peebles of Colliers South Carolina represented Carolina Pines II LLC in the investment sale of a 176,000-square-foot industrial building at 110 Belk Court in Blythewood to One Liberty Properties Inc. for $13.4 million.


Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers South Carolina represented AWC Columbia LLC in the lease of 2,171 square feet of office space at 1835 Gervais St. in Columbia to Beats Barre Studio LLC.


Allen Wilkerson of Colliers South Carolina represented Columbia Psychological Services in the leasing of 2,100 square feet of office space at 1331 Elmwood Ave. in Columbia.


DeWees Real Estate Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm, announced the sale of 1910 Airport Blvd. in West Columbia. Sales associate Niles Helmboldt represented the seller in the sale of the 0.52-acre parcel of land. Airport Boulevard is a quickly growing high traffic corridor in West Columbia. The land was sold for $77,000 and will be developed by RSER LLC.


NAI Columbia’s Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken and Nelson Weston represented a family estate and sold five separate parcels in and around Bethune, totaling 293.26 acres. All five properties were sold to one buyer for $850,000.


Two spaces at 113 Barton Creek Court in Columbia were leased. The first was a renewal with Edward Jones, which will remain in the 1,305-square-foot space. The second space of 1,194 square feet was leased by Legacy Care.  Jeff Hein and Will DuPree of NAI Columbia handled the lease.


Jeff Hein and Will DuPree of NAI Columbia took care of the lease for 1904 Sunset Blvd. in West Columbia. Carolina Spine and Rehab leased the 1,232-square-foot spot.


Robbie Cook of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 2,000-square-foot flex space at 1110 Ferguson St. in Columbia.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a portfolio consisting of three office/refrigerated terminals in Darlington, Walterboro and Orangeburg for $375,000.


Roger Winn, Braden Shockley and Will McGregor of Trinity Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 2,300 square foot office/retail building at 156 N. Oak St. in Batesburg-Leesville for $170,000.


Upstate

Brockton Hall, John Montgomery, Dillon Swayngim and Garrett Scott of Colliers represented Cameron Ashley Property Company LLC in the purchase of a 68,000-square-foot industrial building at 217 Commerce Road in Greenville.


Dillon Swayngim, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Garrett Scott of Colliers represented Beck and Pollitzer US Inc. in the leasing of 49,199 square feet of industrial space at 5950 N. Main St. in Cowpens.


Kevin Pogue of Colliers represented Southern Bank in the purchase of a 44,000-square-foot office building at 310 Inglesby Parkway in Duncan for $4,350,000.


John Montgomery, Greyson Furnas, Brockton Hall, Garrett Scott and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Realsouth IHC LLC in the sale of a 24,000-square-foot industrial building at 16 Hyland Road in Greenville.


Gary Kirby, senior adviser, and Mark Masaschi, senior partner of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the landlord in the lease of 0.7 acres of retail space at 1301 S. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville.


Mark Ratchford and Mark Masaschi, senior partners with KDS Commercial Properties, represented the buyer on a 3,500-square-foot building located at 9 Roper Mountain Road Extension in Greenville. The property was acquired to be used for an office and counseling center by the new owners.


Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 132 square feet of office space at 1 Real Estate Way, Suite B9, in Spartanburg to Certified Caregivers LLC.


Robert Schmidt and Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of an 11,700 square feet of retail building at 30 Ray E. Talley Ct. in Simpsonville.


Peter Couchell  and Robert Schmidt of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the strategic disposition of the Daytona Beach Flex Portfolio in Port Orange and Ormond Beach, Fla., achieving a closing at 97% of the asking price. The portfolio encompasses 12 multi-tenant light industrial buildings, distributed across two business parks, and totals 184,944 square feet.
